Other than a minor shipping problem that was corrected IMMEDIATELY these chairs are fabulous not only in price, bur quality. Directions are a little tough to understand but with some patience and common sense you'll figure out. A+

Not real sturdy

Kinda hard to pull out the foot stool. Also really hard to adjust the back with the arms. Not smooth at all. A struggle to maneuver. I probably look like some lunatic to my neighbors!! Other than that the color is great and they are comfortable. Looks like they will last in the weather but not so sure about holding together. Everything was tightened correct. Just still seems wobbly and hard to adjust without wearing yourself out.

Returns are practically impossible! 30 Day Refund/Replacement does not mean Easy Free Returns

Returns are a nightmare with this third-party supplier. Took me two months to get my refund after repeatedly asking for it. They refused to give me a return UPS/FedEx label, suggesting I ship it back via my preferred shipping company that they would refund, which they then tried to not refund. Then, took another month and half a dozen messages just to get the shipping refund. Chairs are not a pin and chain design, as it was advertised when I purchased 6/2024. Pictures have been updated as of this review, which is good, but video still shows pin release which is not correct. Screw-ins replaced the pin which are very difficult to use and not what I ordered. Footrest falls out of track and scrapes up plastic. Does not fold very flat and are super heavy.

Great purchase.

These chairs are so comfortable. We use them on the back porch of our sea shore condo overlooking the ocean. I love the compactability of the foot rest so when not in use, its slides out of the way. Same for the side tray. Also easy to fold up and take inside in the off season.
